Dear faithful customers, currently, there are several entities on the internet attempting to pass off promotional equipment as PromoQuip (our sister company) models. In some cases, they are very close in design and may be labeled differently. These are copies which are made with inferior materials and which are poorly engineered. Unfortunately we cannot stand behind them in terms of liability or warranty. Michigan Fund Raising was started in 2000 in response to the public's desire for honesty in service and quality products at a good value. Therefore, as a Christian owned and operated organization, we work hard to provide our customers with everything they need to make the most money for their fundraising efforts.

Michigan Fund Raising holds its employees to the highest level of integrity.

We will never sell our customers' contact information to anyone as part of a mailing list. We will never enter into any informal agreement with any officer, representative, teacher, or employee of any organization or school with the intention of leveraging business, i.e., we will never offer kick-backs or bribes under the table to anyone. All monies relating to a fundraiser will be used to benefit the organization doing the fundraiser. (This does not include teacher, child or parent incentives that are described in the agreement form outlining the sale.)

We understand that the stealing or embezzling of, and bribing with funds raised through a fundraiser is a crime and we will report any such activity or any attempt to solicit such activity. The officers or administration of any school or organization doing a fundraiser with us will receive a report at the end of each sale outlining the retail amount of each sale and how much profit the client made or should have made. Each agreement form requires signatures of two officers of the group or a teacher and that teachers principal.

 
Returns
Non-food items may be returned within 7 working days of the date of shipping with a 25% restock fee (shipping/handling will not be discounted and item must be shipped on or before the seventh day.) This is due to the fact that some of our items are rentals. Items on sale and/ or purchased at a reduced price may not be returned. Damaged items are the responsibility of the customer. Sorry; due to safety restrictions we cannot accept returns on food items. No returns on custom built items, i.e., prize wheels, cases, etc.
