Prize Program Structuring

Equally important to the kick-off is a good prize/reward program. Let's face it...we all want to get rewarded for work we do. Some groups incentives are built in i.e., teams may be raising money for new equipment or for camp. But if your school, etc., is selling to supplement the general budget, then the little ones need some immediate recognition for the role they played in raising that money.
